1. Can I track my orders? You can view the current status of your orders by logging into Your Account Customer Centre. Here you can check if your payments have been processed and if orders have been dispatched, as well as viewing copy invoices, making payments and requesting returns, or support. 2. What are your shipping costs? FREE Delivery to UK & Europe on any of our packages, as well as lots of other individual items. If any costs do apply they'll be automatically added to your basket before checkout. 3. Where do you ship to? We ship to anywhere in Europe. 4. When can I expect delivery? Most items are kept in stock so sent sent same day if ordered before 1pm. Delivery estimates (sometimes can take longer depending on courier): 1-3 days (UK). 2-5 days (European). 5. How can I cancel an order? To cancel an order, please email info@vesternet.com, quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. 6. What if my goods arrive damaged or faulty? If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or develop a fault within the first 10 days of receipt, we will provide a refund or ship you new goods. Before returning the item(s), please login to Your Account to request a return authorisation. 7. How do I return an unwanted order? You may return an item for any reason within 90 days of the date you received your order so long as it remains in a saleable condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the item, minus any delivery costs. To return an order, please login to Your Account to request a return authorisation. 8. Do you offer Technical Support?
