New Website Login & Account Info

As you may know we've recently had a major re-development of our website (read more), and your new improved account dashboard can be accessed Here.

We've migrated all your contact information but for security reasons you can't login with your old password. So simply click on the forgotten password link on that page and follow the instructions to reset.

Once logged in, you'll see lots of improvements to the order status area as well as other menus - you can even raise support tickets from within your account too.

However, your OLD order archive can't be accessed from the new dashboard, but instead by emailing This is only applicable if you need old invoices, or status' from back-order items. Any new orders will be in your new account from now on.
