Better Returns Process

We're improving Vesternet every day and you'll see a whole new raft of changes appear on the site over the coming weeks. Some you'll just see whilst browsing but a few we'll highlight.

The returns process is now really slick! When you login to your account you'll now see a new links on the left navigation panel called RMA. Click this and you can request a return much easier than before.

Firstly, the orders placed in the last 90 days of our returns promise will appear in the dropdown. Just choose the order then select the item(s) from that order you want to return. Select a reason, add any comments and submit.

This then gets passed to our admin department for review. Once approved, a new link will appear which lets you print off a document showing all the return info and address to send back. Once the package is received we'll issue your chosen refund or replacement and the RMA will be closed, but still available in your dashboard. It all works really smoothly.

What if you've checked out as a guest and so don't have a dashboard view? This is fine, you can just request a guest RMA here
