Each day we try to improve Vesternet. Over the last few weeks we’ve added a number of ways for you to contact us or stay in touch. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to get the information you need to choose the best possible home automation solution.


Live Chat!

You've probably noticed the big orange bubble icon at the bottom of the screen. This is a new live chat feature that gives you direct access or our experts who will give you immediate answers to all of your questions.


Sales Email and Phone numbers

We've added a new email and phone number directly to our salesadvisors. Our advisors have a full understanding of all Vesternet products and can help you choose the most suitable products for your needs. Click the ‘Questions?’ icon at the top of the page to create an email or simple give us a call.
