We've completely updated the Vesternet Support Desk and introduced a new Feedback Forum.

We always want to make it easy for you to contact us, so we've streamlined our Support Desk. Now, whether you email us or raise a ticket, you'll get an immediate acknowledgement and then a fast answer - usually within a couple of hours.

But that's not all.

We want your feedback!

We value your feedback and ideas on how we can improve, so we've also added a new Feedback Forum. Here you can add an idea that you think would help improve Vesternet or you can vote on other people's ideas.

We'll then use this feedback to improve your experience with Vesternet.

The forum will always show the ranking and status of all ideas - if you take a look at the Feedback Forum, we've already taken an idea, implemented it and completed it.
