UPDATE: Final Summer Sale Stock & Ordering

Wow - what a day!

Firstly a massive thanks to everyone who bought yesterday - in that 24 hour period we sold way more than our previous biggest day last summer.  Shows how big home automation has come along over the past few years.

Site problems

We're always honest and so we hold our hands up if you weren't able to order - the site did crash a few times during the day, especially first thing Monday morning as the email was sent out.   We bumped up the server capacity shortly after which solve it, but there was some downtime that you may have experienced.  So we're leaving the discounts active for today - if this happened to you or you just want to take advantage of the lower prices, now's the final time.

Stock & ordering

We sold out of most stock, and even some the existing stock on order due for arrival today sold out too.  All stock status' are now updated on-site and please be assured that if you placed your order, you've secured stock from the next batches which were re-ordered again yesterday - we have loads on the way, and lots being booked in today too.  If for some reason your order did not ship yesterday and you needed if for today then please email with your order number.  Of course, if you need to cancel there's no problem but you wouldn't be able to then re-order at the discounted rates again.

Really we're sorry, the response was most unprecedented, but aim to get most all orders out this week and so unless you need to, we'd strongly recommend keeping your back order as your stock is now reserved & secured at the low prices.  As orders are processed today and shipped you'll receive notifications by end of the day as normal.

We're also part shipping any orders if its possible at no extra charge.
