When can I expect delivery?

The time it takes to get your order depends on the delivery type you selected when placing your order and if the products were all in stock when you placed your order.

Delivery Times

We will deliver your order, to you, within the times specified on your selected delivery type:

  • Express: UK (guaranteed next working day - Monday to Friday)
  • Urgent: UK (guaranteed next day before 13:00 or Saturday)

Back Order Items

If items were out of stock when you placed your order, these items will be placed on backorder.

Your full order will ship when these 'backorder' items arrive in stock.

We will deliver your full order within the time specified in the delivery type. If we cannot meet this timescale, we will inform you of the delay and an anticipated delivery date.

Cut-Off Time - 3.30pm

Our daily cut-off time is 3.30pm (UK). Orders placed before this time will be processed that day,
