Z-Wave Aeon Labs Inline Smart Energy

The Aeon Labs Inline Smart Energy adapters connect between a Schuko outlet and an appliance allowing you to measure its energy consumption via the Z-Wave network. The adapter can report actual consumption (in W) and the accumulated power used (in kWh); ideal in measuring the power used in any home automation system and helping to reduce your energy costs.

As part of a Z-Wave network, the smart switch can be controlled (On/Off) by other Z-Wave controllers and it can act as a Z-Wave repeater maximizing the reach of your Z-Wave network.

This device has been designed for Schuko sockets. However, as we offer a free converter with this product it will also work in UK sockets.

Note: To be used as part of a Z-Wave network this socket requires a suitable Z-Wave controller.

The inline smart energy adapters are available in two versions.

Aeon Labs Inline Smart Energy Illuminator

Z-Wave light dimmer provides dimming and On/Off control of lights with a maximum load of 2.5A. It can be used with lamps that are dimmable, including halogen and incandescent lamps

Aeon Labs Inline Smart Energy Switch

Z-Wave switch controls (On/Off) lights with a maximum load of 10A.

  This adapter will enable you to plug the product into a standard UK wall socket. You will also need a UK to Schuko (EU) adapter to connect your appliance - we do not supply this as almost everyone has these available.
