Based on the forum thread you linked to, it appears that the Fibaro FGS-224 works OK.
Before buying this I wonder if anyone has tried the Smartthings Web driver reassignment as in this discussion:https://community.smartthings.com/t/fibaro-fgs-224-any-experience-dh/199429I see @johan has asked a similar question. I cannot find any published drivers for Smartthings other than this forcing the device assignment as double switch.
