As a simple relay on/off device, there are no issues using any module with LED loads as long as the rating of the load is within the maximum that the device supports. That said, some manufacturers will only rate their devices for purely resistive or incandescent loads as that's what they've been tested with. Most LED loads are a fraction of what the resistive or incandescent ratings are, so for example there should be no problem using a Fibaro Double Smart Module that's rated at 8A with an LED load of 10W.
