As of my last update, Samsung SmartCam devices are now supported and managed by Wisenet, a division of Hanwha Techwin. Samsung's home security cameras were rebranded under Wisenet, and ongoing support and updates are provided through this brand. For the most current information, it's best to check directly with Wisenet or Hanwha Techwin customer support.
