If you are talking about an Aqara hub then this probably won't be communicating directly with the doorbells as they usually use WiFi communication. The Aqara hub will likely be communicating to the Aqara Cloud Service via your WiFi & Internet and in turn to the doorbells. Proximity to the Aqara hub won't make any difference in this case.
