The Aqara water leak sensor is primarily designed to work with the Aqara Hub and the Mi Home ecosystem. While it is not officially supported by SmartThings, some users have had limited success connecting it to SmartThings using custom device handlers and a Zigbee 3.0 compatible SmartThings hub, but functionality may be limited and is not guaranteed.
