Yes. Our Vesternet Zigbee Wall Controllers and Dimmers support Touchlink. You can bind a wall switch directly to a dimmer module without a hub present. This is perfect for getting the "dumb" lighting working for your electricians immediately. You can add the hub later to overlay the smart control. Re: Moving the hub: Yes, you can simply move the hub room-to-room with a long extension lead to pair devices initially.
