The Nice Heat Control has an internal rechargeable battery in the thermostatic radiator valve that doesn't usually need replacing, and an external temperature sensor with a CR2032 battery you can replace by removing the sensor and opening its battery compartment. No Z-Wave network re-inclusion is needed after changing batteries. For detailed steps, check the manufacturer's manual on the product page under "Manuals." Make sure to dispose of old batteries responsibly.
