Your roller blind may not pull up because the spring mechanism inside could be jammed or broken, or the chain/cord might be tangled or stuck. Try gently pulling the blind down a bit and then releasing it to reset the spring, or check for any obstructions in the mechanism. If these steps don't work, the blind may need repair or replacement.
