The Aeotec MultiSensor 7 is an upgraded version of the MultiSensor 6, offering improved motion detection range, longer battery life, and support for newer Z-Wave 700 series technology for better wireless performance. Additionally, the MultiSensor 7 features enhanced security (S2), more accurate sensors, and easier firmware updates compared to the MultiSensor 6. Both sensors measure motion, temperature, humidity, light, vibration, and UV, but the MultiSensor 7 does so with greater precision and reliability.
