New Generation Dimmer for Smart Wireless Control

Z-Wave Qubino Din Dimmer lets you intelligently dim your home lighting or manage the speed of the fan. While you would still be able to control your lights through the wall switch, the dimmer provides you the flexibility to make any bulb or fan part of your home automation system, so that you can run intelligent scenes and schedules. The intelligent dimmer also comes with power monitoring technology and can easily be mounted inside an electrical cabinet onto DIN rail.

Smartly Dim Your Home Lighting

Z-Wave Qubino Din Dimmer provides you the flexibility to intelligently dim your bulb or manage the speed of a fan. Featuring Mosfet Switching (Trailing Edge) technology, the dimmer has been designed to work perfectly with LED and CFL bulbs, and also supports control of low voltage halogen lamps with electronic transformer or dimmable compact fluorescent light. The dimmer is capable of dimming loads from 1W to 200W.

Automate with Scenes and Schedules

Apart from manually controlling your room lighting, the dimmer can also be made a part of a defined home automation scene for automatically adjusting the lighting in your home based on external environmental conditions. So, you can now configure your home lighting to mimic the time of the day.

Integrated Power Management

The module comes with integrated power consumption management system that lets you know how much power your bulb or fan is drawing. The dimmer sends the information to your Z-Wave controller that can then be viewed from your smart device.

Low Power Consumption. Easy Installation

Qubino Din Dimmer has extremely low power consumption (less than 0,7W), making it an energy-efficient solution for your home. It can also be mounted conveniently inside an electrical cabinet onto the DIN rail.

Z-Wave Plus

The Z-Wave Qubino Din Dimmer is Z-Wave Plus Certified. Z-Wave Plus (5th Generation Z-Wave) offers a lot of new features including increased range, extended battery life and Over The Air upgrading (OTA). Take a look at our "What is Z-Wave Plus" guide for more information

Does the qubino din dimmer work with fibaro hc2? Will it pair/associate 100% with the fibaro dimmers I use to transmit the wall switch signals ?

Normally when I think about DIN rails, I think about the 2 pole fuse/breakers in my house consumer unit. Where do these fit in ? Do they go in the same unit, next to the breaker for say the lighting ring/circuit I want to control/dim? Or do you recommend they go into a different unit - away from the main breakers etc?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can install these in any DIN rail enclosure. So they can be installed in your breaker board, if you have space. Or some people install new DIN rail enclosures in different parts of the house to control sub circuits. But generally, the DIN rail devices are used in a central location.
I am looking for a din rail switch to replace a timer switch in a house in Spain which currently controls my external lights. Would this work with a SamsungSmarthings unit instead?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Mark, Mechanically this will fit the Spanish DIN rails, as they are a common standard. However, you would need to check with SmartThings to confirm compatibility. As we understand it, ST needs a device handler for each device. In theory standard Z-Wave devices will include correctly into ST, but unless there is a Device Handler for a device you may not be able to use all its functions, or change configuration settings. Generally, these Device Handlers are created by ST or the ST community and made available from within the Smartapps area. ST has a European compatibility list, but this doesn't yet have new products added to it -
