Have these yet been proven to work with Vera Edge or Vera Plus? I have installed one and whilst, after hours working on-line (computer and telephone) with a Micaverde technician (or two), the binary function works, we can get no sensible response from the 2 x DS18B20 connected. View answer

On Fibaro's website for this product it shows it being able to be installed in audio equipment but there are no references to that type of setup in the manual or instructions. Has anyone tried to use the implant in any appliance to make it smart? If so I assume the compatibility will be based on the appliance and the internal wiring if it can be done. View answer

Hello Could I use this connected to the 12v bell output (I.e. the +and- terminals) in my house intruder alarm to tell my Samsung SmartThings box that the siren is ringing? This would be a remote alert as lightening frazzled the built-in comms dialler! It’s not clear to me from the manual that I could put the 12v through to say “it’s ringing” and “stopped ringing” when it’s 0v. I am also not clear on whether I will be able to configure it with ST (I don’t have the Fibaro control system), or not. Thank you in advance. Neil

I will be building a new house starting in a few months time and I want to implant temperature sensors in the concrete slab. I have 2 questions; firstly in the manual it says this can be burried concrete with the right protection, what would that protection be please?? Secondly, what would you recommend for protecting the string of temp tensors so they can be safely buried in the concrete and what cable would you connect them with ?? Thanks Chris

Do these use the same motion sensor as Aeotec's Multisensor with motion, UV, humidity, vibration, temperature and lux? I'm hoping they don't as the motion sensor in the Aeotec 6-way multisensor is very poor, I have about 5-6 of them and even on the highest setting they often don't detect me even if I walk right up to them and jump around.

Smartthings support advised me to confirm that the motion sensor is also a UK version (not a US one), as apparently the frequencies are different... Hi, I had successfully setup 1x MultiSensor 6 (ZW100-C) which required a change of device type. I then purchased 2 more (same model, same firmware) but they have aren't detecting any motion. Is there any advice on how to resolve this? I have tried a number of different DTH, removing and repairing etc and now looking for some help.

The manual gives parameter values, sizes and hex/decimal descriptions but setting them don't match and the default values don't match the ones in the manuals, they aren't even close.
