Z-Station - una moderna Z-Wave & Zigbee/Thread/Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Adaptador USB. Transformará su ordenador en una pasarela doméstica inteligente con todas las funciones.

Un software controlador compatible con el Silicon Labs Z-Wave Serial API (por ejemplo Z-Way) y Zigbee NCP para utilizar las funciones del dispositivo.

El adaptador Z-Station admite Z-Wave y Zigbee / Rosca / Bluetooth de baja energía (a su elección, seleccionado mediante actualización de firmware).

El dispositivo implementa dos interfaces serie virtuales utilizadas por el Z-Wave y Zigbee / Thread / BLE respectivamente. Linux y Mac OSX tiene un controlador de dispositivo integrado para el stick y creará un nuevo dispositivo llamado como /dev/ttyUSB* (Linux) o /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART (OSX). Windows enumera un nuevo dispositivo de puerto COM pero puede requerir un controlador de dispositivo de Silicon Labs.

Este dispositivo soporta Z-Wave Seguridad S2, Smart Start y Largo Alcance así como Zigbee HA 3.0 protocolo.

En comparación con el diseño de firmware estándar utilizado por casi todas las Z-Wave memorias USB y otros Z-Wave hardware de interfaz de host, el firmware de este dispositivo ofrece varias extensiones y mejoras:
