Nice Flood Control Sensor is a compact, Z-Wave Plus™ compatible water leak and temperature detector designed to safeguard your home from flooding. It can be powered by battery, DC supply, or both, and sends immediate alerts to your smart devices upon detecting leaks or tampering. With a built-in temperature sensor, acoustic and LED alarms, and a sink-proof design that keeps it functional even when submerged, it's ideal for placement anywhere water damage may occur.
