Relay Wiring and Network Setup

Before installing the ZEN51 relay, ensure the gang box has a neutral wire—it's required for operation. If there's no neutral, install the relay at the light fixture. Z-Wave devices must be wired exactly as shown; never swap line and load wires. To include the ZEN51 in your Z-Wave network, move your hub close to the relay, put the hub in pairing mode, then press the relay’s Z-Wave button three times quickly. The device should appear as an on/off switch in your hub.
