The Heatit DIN Smart Thermostat is an electronic thermostat designed for electrical heating systems. It can be controlled via Z-Wave® using a Z-Wave gateway, through Modbus RS-485, or with the front-panel buttons. The intuitive interface ensures easy operation.
Suitable for both residential and industrial use, it functions as a standard floor heating thermostat with precise temperature control and three modes: Heat, Cool, and Eco.
To enable power metering, the load must be connected to both N Out and L Out. To install the DIN thermostat, first hook the top of the DIN rail mount onto the upper edge of the DIN rail. Then, use a flathead screwdriver to press the mounting tab downward. Tilt the bottom of the thermostat toward the DIN rail until it rests against it, and release the mounting tab so it locks securely in place. After mounting, complete all required electrical connections, ensuring the maximum tightening torque for all screw terminals does not exceed 2 Nm. Finally, apply power to the device.

It provides precise temperature control with Heat, Cool, and Eco modes, and features easy DIN rail installation with an optional external antenna. Advanced regulation options include hysteresis and PWM control, while ZeroX™ technology extends relay lifespan. Acting as a master thermostat, it can manage up to 10 thermostats and 10 external relays. Additional smart features include open window detection, active power monitoring, MODBUS integration, built-in safety protections, and over-the-air firmware updates.
